please understand that I’m equally open to meeting in person or scheduling a call for a comprehensive review.  This is just one of the ways we can initiate the process.

The key takeaway is understanding that this platform primarily serves as a data and documentation collection tool.  Once we gather the necessary information, we can structure a plan aligned with your goals while ensuring a seamless process with the future lender.  I like to use the analogy of it being the outline of the book we’re beginning to write together.
